Amrita (1994)
The spiritual force of kundalini awakens the Cosmic Dance within the body; the self-continuous circuit of this pose here signifies a rare event of the body’s spiritual intelligence: the emergence of amrita, the “fluid of immortality.” This is a siddhi (magical power), which may be acquired through meditation and the accumulation of tapas (merit/energy). When the kundalini ascends to the Crown chakra, the amrita begins to flow, conferring not only longevity but everlasting youth.
