Painting Toradh (2015)
The Gaelic word toradh (pron. “torah”) means effect, fruit, outcome, and yield. In faerie lore toradh signifies something like “authentic essence”, “virtue” or “worth”. The writer Orion Foxwood uses this word to mean “the living light that is poured into all.”
What if such a faerie was painting the toradh, the fruits and the invisible energy of the land, with the elements on his palette…? Thus, Painting Toradh.
